The product category matters more than the brand name
Three different product classes are sold with similar photographs and similar language:

Before buying any low-cost device, confirm in writing which of those three you are getting. Could not verify Marketing copy that uses "hearing aid" loosely is not a substitute for the seller stating the regulatory category.

- The exact return window, and who pays return shipping
- The warranty length and what it covers
- Whether the listing is a single unit or a pair, and what accessories are included
- The current battery specification, in writing
- A working support contact route before you pay, not after
